Four Seasons is looking for an Executive Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry Kitchen Department at Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a luxury environment and a solid knowledge of F&B Operations, food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the work of employees in the Pastry Kitchen Department, supervising a pastry team, and creating menus and recipes.
