Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurant, bar, and live music lounge at our Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Resort in Anguilla. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong F&B experience, business acumen, and a passion for creating elevated, memorable experiences.
Requirements
- Lead the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring service standards are consistently exceptional.
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel's All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant.
- Handle all guest requests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Drive financial performance by managing revenue, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Oversee the beverage programme, ensuring quality, innovation, and strong commercial results.
- Continuously enhance the guest experience, ensuring the lounge remains a vibrant and desirable destination.
