Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or reservations preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A hospitable nature and genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
