Osteria Mozza AM Cook III

Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Cook III who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The role is responsible for preparing and plating menu items according to Four Seasons standards, and supports up to three kitchen stations. The successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States, and prior culinary experience is required.

Requirements

• Prepare and plate menu items per established recipes and standards
• Work up to three stations within the assigned department
• Assist with mise en place, station setup, and daily prep
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with Cook I, Cook II, and kitchen leadership
• Support team efforts and uphold Four Seasons quality and service standards
• Train and support Cook IVs as needed
• Demonstrate a professional attitude and commitment to growth
