Four Seasons Resort LÄna'i is looking for a Cook III who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teamsā have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.
Requirements
- Prepare and plate menu items per established recipes and standards
- Work up to three stations within the assigned department
- Assist with mise en place, station setup, and daily prep
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with Cook I, Cook II, and kitchen leadership
- Support team efforts and uphold Four Seasons quality and service standards
- Train and support Cook IVs as needed
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and commitment to growth
