Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is seeking an Overnight Cook to prepare food items per guest order in accordance with production requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school education, minimum three-years culinary experience, and intermediate culinary knowledge.

Requirements

• High school education, cooking school, culinary institute education or equivalent experience
• Minimum three-years culinary experience
• Intermediate culinary knowledge
• Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task
