The Pastry Cook I is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon.
Requirements
- Proven culinary and supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Deep understanding of refined guest expectations
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Proficient knife skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Comfortable using technology, including kitchen management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Clear and effective communication
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English
