Job Description
We are looking for a Reservations Agent to provide exceptional quality and service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask and prioritize. They will be responsible for booking room, spa, and restaurant reservations, as well as providing general information about the hotel and assisting callers with emergencies.
Requirements

- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Exceptional communication skills
- Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
- Previous experience in Reservations and/or Front Office managing a high call volume
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System
- Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
