Job Description
The Reservations Agent is a key first point of contact for guests, responsible for handling room, dining, and spa inquiries with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality, reservations, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a polished, pleasant telephone manner.
- Computer proficiency; Opera, ACD, or similar systems a plus.
- Excellent spoken English; additional languages beneficial.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
