Job Description
The Assistant Head Sommelier is responsible for leading and supervising his team to deliver quality service to guests. He/She is responsible for monitoring procedures and working closely with departments. The role requires adaptation to high activity situations and customer relationship management.
Requirements
- First experience in a similar position
- Legal right to work in France
- Fluency in French and English
