Four Seasons is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team at Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, be able to infuse enthusiasm into everything they do, and have demonstrated culinary experience and strong cooking ability. The Sous Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high-quality preparation of menu items, and support team development, driving culinary quality and creativity, and contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction and overall departmental success.
Requirements
- Legal work authorization in the United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
- Demonstrated culinary experience and strong cooking ability, including proficient operation and use of culinary production equipment and tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to maintain an organized and sanitary workspace, and the professionalism and composure to perform effectively in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
