Sous Chef - ULU PM

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and provide exceptional guest experiences. The Sous Chef will be responsible for shaping the guest experience by infusing enthusiasm into every interaction and meeting established cultural and core standards. Work authorization is required.

Requirements

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Kitchen's food production area
• Assist in the planning and development of recipes and ensure the correct preparation and presentation of food items
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, and purchasing decisions
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met
