Job Description
Four Seasons is looking for a Sous Chef Junior to join their team in Megeve, France. The successful candidate will have two to five years of previous experience in a culinary leadership position and will be responsible for supervising Chefs de Partie, managing inventory, and adapting stock orders. The role requires fluency in French and English, as well as the legal right to work in France.
Requirements

- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
- Fluency in French and English
- Legal right to work in France
