Job Description
We are seeking a Sous Chef Junior to join our team at Edmond's in Megeve. As a member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising Chefs, managing inventory, and implementing organization to ensure production under the best possible conditions. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
Requirements
- Two to five years previous experience in culinary leadership position
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
- Fluency in French and English
- Legal right to work in France
