Job Description
The Sous Chef Junior is an essential member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, providing exceptional quality and service to guests and employees. The role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
Requirements
- Supervising Chefs de Partie, Demi Chefs de Partie, Commis and Intern
- Managing inventory and supervising production at various workstations and product storage
- Implementing organization and communication to ensure production under the best possible conditions
- Adapting the level of stock orders according to the level of activity and the food cost targets to be met
