Job Description
Framework is looking for a RMA & Logistics Operations Specialist to work in a remote position in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience in E-commerce 3PL based fulfillment and logistics, reverse logistics, and consumer electronics. The role involves managing RMA operations, implementing efficiencies, and optimizing stock health.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
- 1+ years with reverse logistics and returns processes for B2C e-commerce
- 3+ years of experience in global shipping
- 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics or similar regulated industries
