Job Description
We are looking for a Reverse Logistics Specialist to lead the operations of our newly established RMA Center, develop and implement end-to-end reverse logistics processes, and ensure efficient processing of returns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in services management, reverse logistics, supply chain operations, or warehouse management
- Proven track record of managing return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes or similar return operations
- Experience implementing or optimizing reverse logistics workflows, including repair, refurbishment, and recycling
- Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers or service partners
- Background in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with departments such as customer service, quality, and IT
