Benefits Implementation Manager

The Benefits Implementation Manager will lead and coordinate the setup of the benefits administration platform and ensure the successful implementation of client's employee benefits programs through the platform.

Requirements

• Knowledge of federal and state laws related to employee benefits and insurance
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related degree
• Five (5) years of experience with systems implementation and three (3) years of experience with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), employee benefits, or payroll organizations
• bSwift certification or actively working towards obtaining bSwift certification
