FrankCrum is seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer complex worksite client employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. The role involves coordinating benefits enrollment, eligibility tracking, changes, and terminations, as well as ensuring ACA and COBRA compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, specifically within a PEO or multi-employer environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of Federal and state laws regarding employee benefits and insurance
