Job Description
We're seeking an HR Advisor (English Speaking) to drive the HR agenda and improve business performance. The role involves streamlining HR processes, developing HR policies, and providing HR advice and support to Store Management.
Requirements
- Experience in a busy HR function
- Training in Human Resources
- Over 2 years of experience in the Human Resources Function
- Fluent in Dutch
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Solid knowledge of Netherlands Employment Law
- Good knowledge of HR Systems
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and teamwork skills
- High capacity for planning, organization, and initiative
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to communicate with different hierarchical levels
- Availability to travel
