Human Resources Business Partner

Frasers Group is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support stakeholders and report directly to the Head of People Performance. The role involves creating and implementing a People Plan, focusing on organisation design, talent attraction, retention, and development. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects and act as a visible advocate for the company's purpose and values.

Requirements

• Diverse industry & HR expertise
• Proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location & complex businesses
• Experience partnering various Head Office functions
• Experience as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer-centric service or retail environment
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycle including talent management, retention, organisational design, and engagement
