The successful candidate will create and implement a People Plan for business areas, focusing on organisation design, talent attraction and retention, and employee relation issues. The role requires diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location, and complex businesses.
Requirements
- Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location & complex businesses
- Experience partnering various Head Office functions
- Experience as part of a high performing team within a highly customer centric service or retail environment
- Hands on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycle including talent management, retention, organisational design, and engagement
- Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
- Able to shape & lead initiatives/change projects
- Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
- Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
