Frasers Group is rethinking retail through digital innovation and unique store experiences. As a People Business Partner, you will support stakeholders and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives, partnering with Managers to proactively manage employee relation issues.

Requirements

• Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location & complex businesses
• Experience partnering various Head Office functions
• Experience as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer-centric service or retail environment
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycle including talent management, retention, organisational design, and engagement
• Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
• Able to shape & lead initiatives/change projects
• Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
• Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
