Requirements
- Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location & complex businesses
- Experience partnering various Head Office functions
- Experience as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer-centric service or retail environment
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycle including talent management, retention, organisational design, and engagement
- Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
- Able to shape & lead initiatives/change projects
- Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
- Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
