The Business Development & Project Manager for Semiconductor Technologies is responsible for designing and developing strategic customer relationships, managing challenging customer projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Design and develop strategic customer relationships
- Responsible for challenging customer projects along the entire value chain
- Combine technical understanding with entrepreneurial thinking
- Win new customers for ENAS and the FMD pilot line
- Analyze markets and competition environments
- Identify new business opportunities and define sustainable customer and cooperation strategies
- Build up and maintain network with semiconductor manufacturers, automotive suppliers, research institutes, and industrial partners
- Develop customer-specific solution concepts and conduct contract negotiations
- Take over technical and/or managerial project management for selected customer projects
- Coordinate interfaces between customers, development, production, and external partners
- Advise customers on the selection and integration of complex technologies
- Accompany customers in strategic technology decisions
- Recognize project risks and ensure transparency through structured documentation, reports, and status updates
