The successful candidate will have a scientific university degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study, expertise in optoelectronics, and experience in project management and networking.
Requirements

- Expertise: expertise and professional experience in optoelectronics, photodetectors, or lasers
- Networking: involvement in public and industrial research projects and a large network/contacts to industrial, public, and university partners
- Project management: practice in planning, coordinating, and managing projects
- Communication security: negotiation skills and experience in conflict management
- Business trips: willingness to undertake business trips
