Requirements
- Working knowledge of Medicare Part A and certification procedures.
- Experience in a long-term care setting desired.
- Interpersonal skills, works well with multiple other teams and departments.
- Must be proficient with computer, MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, and other office equipment.
- High school/GED graduate.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication required with ability to write business email correspondence.
- Use your strong organizational skills to keep details and admissions in order as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities.
