Job Description
The HVAC Plant Operations Technician performs skilled, complex work relating to the repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment/systems. Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, and assists other Maintenance personnel in the completion of various projects or repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED and targeted job related education
- Knowledgeable and experienced working with HVAC systems
- Holds a universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate
- Ability to effectively work with and communicate with residents and staff
- Functions under general supervision
- Maintains high quality standards
