Case Managers (CSAC)

The ideal candidate provides comprehensive support and guidance to clients as they navigate the recovery process at Freedom Recovery Centers. This role involves coordinating individualized care plans, connecting clients to essential resources, and supporting them in achieving their recovery goals, extending lengths of stay for positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC- A, CSAC-S) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, preferably in a substance abuse or behavioral health setting
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment, recovery resources, and community-based services
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and ethical guidelines in client care
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and case documentation
