Job Description
As a Carrier Account Representative, you will support Customer Account Executives by servicing customers' transportation needs and driving revenue. You will communicate with Customer Account Executives to help service, build, and grow their book of business, and address any internal matters related to the daily activities of the book of business.
Requirements
- College degree preferred, but not required
- 1 year of experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address conflict directly and professionally
- Ability to work with the latest technologies
- A strong obsession with great customer service
