Job Description
We're looking for a driven Customer Account Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, dedicated, and can hit the ground running! In this role, you'll collaborate with Customer Account Executives and Carrier Account Representatives to deliver exceptional transportation solutions for our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in transportation sales or a similar field
- Drive & Determination: Be hungry for success with a strong sense of urgency and discipline
- Coachable & Motivated: Willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong Negotiator: Able to handle conflicts with professionalism and tact
