Requirements

• Completed training as a computer scientist or comparable qualification
• Profound knowledge in IT support or ERP system maintenance
• Good knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and standard IT systems
• Ideally experience with ERP systems (GUS or comparable)
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
• Communication skills and service orientation in dealing with users
• Good German skills in writing and speaking
