Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help push Front's user experience to the next level. You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming new product ideas to tweaking pixels right before launch.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and shipping world-class products across various platforms.
• A portfolio showcasing excellent design craft (end-to-end design process, refined UX and UI skills, and holistic system thinking).
• Experience working with and maintaining design systems with clean documentation.
• Collaborative approach and belief that the best products are built through a partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Low ego and eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate your design rationale clearly.
• Deep empathy for users and passion for solving their collaboration problems.
• Strong English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Experience with SaaS, B2B, or other complex technical systems is a plus.
• Experience with AI products is a plus.
