The Head of Customer Success will own the health and growth of clinic partner portfolio, build processes, and lead a team of Customer Success Managers and oversee Customer Support function.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in SaaS or healthcare technology
- 1-3 years of experience leading or mentoring a CS team, with a track record of developing people and driving team-level results
- Proven experience owning an upsell or expansion number, identifying opportunities, building the case, leading commercial conversations, and closing deals
- Experience overseeing or closely partnering with a Customer Support function, and understanding the full post-sales and implementation lifecycle
- Familiarity with ABA practices, behavioral health, or clinical settings is a plus
