As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will develop and strengthen relationships with Frontify's most valued enterprise customers across Europe, driving revenue growth and retention. You will work in a hybrid format and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in enterprise account management or sales
- Proven record of success managing and expanding large, complex customer relationships within the EMEA market
- Interest in working with enterprise marketing, brand, or creative technology solutions
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, including VP- and C-level decision-makers
- Strategic thinking with commercial acumen and a deep focus on customer value
- Autonomy and comfort in a specialized, high-expectation environment
