Job Description
Frontify is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant EMEA to lead and coordinate the post-sales implementation journey for new customers. The ideal candidate has proven experience in SaaS implementation, delivery, or Professional Services roles and strong project or program management skills across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS implementation, delivery, or Professional Services roles
- Strong project or program management skills across multiple teams
- Confidence in client-facing settings, leading implementation discussions and kick-offs
- Highly organized and known for consistent follow-through
- Technical fluency to understand DAM or content platform concepts
