Requirements
- Juris Doctorate required
- At least five years of practice as an attorney, public accounting or similar
- Experience conducting legal research and communicating such verbally and in writing effectively
- Detailed knowledge of federal and state tax laws
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tax controversy experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to proactively determine, prioritize and resolve issues
