We seek a dynamic Transactional Attorney to complement our estate planning, business transactional, and tax advisory practice.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate required
- Active member in good standing with the Arkansas bar or willingness to obtain such standing
- Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Taxation or Accounting, strongly preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a transactional law practice
- Exceptional legal and tax research skills with the ability to synthesize complex regulatory information into actionable client advice
- Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to proactively determine, prioritize and resolve issues
