Transactional Attorney - Early Career

PWR, PLLC seeks a dynamic Transactional Attorney to complement our estate planning, business transactional, and tax advisory practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate required
• Active member in good standing with the Arkansas bar or willingness to obtain such standing
• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Taxation or Accounting, strongly preferred
• 0 to 3 years of experience working in a transactional law practice, including an emphasis on estate planning, forming and structuring LLCs, partnerships, corporations, and tiered organizational structures
