Job Description
Junior/Associate Customer Success Manager role at FTAPI. Manage customer portfolio, execute onboarding, training, and monitoring. Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Product teams. Develop a deep understanding of FTAPI products and customer application scenarios.
Requirements
- Completed degree or commercial education
- First experiences in Customer Success, IT-near customer service or comparable role
- Confident in using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Good German language skills (at least C1)
- High willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and team orientation
