Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in global Compensation or Total Rewards leadership roles
- Experience building a Total Rewards function from 0 → 1 in high-growth companies
- Proven track record scaling compensation and equity programs through periods of hypergrowth
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills related to compensation planning
