Member Support Lead

Function is seeking a Member Support Lead to own day-to-day team operations, act as a point of contact for frontline agents and leadership, and support the growth and development of a team of Member Support Agents. The ideal candidate will have strong real-time operational decision-making skills, experience managing and developing individual contributors, and a relentless bias toward action and a growth mindset.
