The Fund for Public Health in New York City (FPHNYC) is seeking a full-time Wellness Advocate for its nonfatal overdose response system called Relay. The Wellness Advocate will provide immediate support and overdose prevention training to patients in hospital emergency departments following a non-fatal opioid overdose and offer ongoing support and linkage to care for three months following hospital discharge.
