Lead Customer Support

As Lead Customer Support, you will lead the Customer Support team and improve the quality and efficiency of our service. You will work closely with the operation, have a commercial mindset, and know exactly what's going on at Funda and with our customers. You will translate customer data into insights and improvements for the Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in managing a Customer Support team
• Direct impact on millions of users and our partners in the real estate market
• Combine operation, strategy, and commerce in one role
• Build a team and develop Funda customer contact further
