Requirements
- 5+ years in key account management, customer success, or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of growing and expanding strategic accounts
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Experience leading QBRs and executive-level presentations
- Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and driving adoption
- Ability to operate independently in a high-autonomy environment
- Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
- Commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth and account expansion
- Willingness to travel across Canada for client engagement
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
