Job Description
Fundraise Up is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join their Donor Experience Platform team. The team lead will lead the development of a technical platform that powers the company's key products, including online donation processing forms and interfaces.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- At least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager managing a team of 5-10 developers
- Strong people management skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
- At least 5 years of experience in product companies working with the stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis
- Experience working in fast-growing companies or startups will be a plus
