Job Description
Fundraise Up is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to lead the Donor Experience Platform team. The team is responsible for developing a technical platform that powers the company's key products, including various forms and interfaces for processing online donations. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager, and strong people management skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- At least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager
- Strong people management skills - hiring, coaching, giving feedback, and resolving conflicts
- At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
- At least 5 years of experience in product companies working with our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis
- Experience working in fast-growing companies or startups will be a plus
- English is at B2+ level
