Job Description
Fundraise Up is looking for an experienced Team Lead to join the Donor Experience Platform team. The team lead will lead the development of a technical platform that powers the company's key products — various forms and interfaces for processing online donations. The team is distributed across the globe, with a focus on innovation, quality, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager
- 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
- 5 years of experience in product companies working with our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis
- Experience working in fast-growing companies or startups is a plus
- B2+ level English
