Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience
• At least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager
• Experience working in fast-growing companies or startups
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis
• Strong people management skills
• Hands-on leader who can write code, make sound technical decisions, and design systems thoughtfully
