Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide expert implementation support, diagnose and escalate bugs, and influence product development.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Relevant Experience (2 years) in technical support, product support, or a client-facing implementation role
- Technical Aptitude (HTML, CSS, JS) and hands-on experience with web development
- A Problem-Solver's Mindset (strong analytical skills and innate curiosity)
- Proactive and Detail-Oriented (initiative, task management, and keen eye for detail)
