Product & Technical Co-founder (CPTO) - AI Compliance Platform

Join FutureSight as Co-Founder & CPTO to build an explainable AI compliance platform for US RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth fintechs. Lead technical direction, execute end-to-end, and establish the company's architecture, engineering culture, and security posture.

Requirements

• Shipped LLM-powered systems into production environments
• Full-stack confidence across applied LLMs, RAG, retrieval, deterministic rules engines, human-in-the-loop workflows, observability, and secure multi-tenant SaaS
• Well-formed convictions about explainability and reliability engineering
• Prior founder, founding engineer, or early-stage technical leadership experience preferred
• Background in legal tech, RegTech, fintech compliance, healthcare, or another high-trust regulated vertical preferred
• Familiarity with the U.S. wealth management ecosystem, including SEC and FINRA workflows, marketing review, communications surveillance, and trade monitoring preferred
• Direct experience self-hosting or privately deploying foundation models preferred
